You already planned the trip.
Nobody planned the tournament.
The flights are booked and the villa is paid for — and then the whole competition lives in one guy's group chat: forty unread messages, pairings on a napkin, scores yelled across the patio, and the guy who “forgot” his skins money explaining why the carryover math is wrong at the bar. This trip deserves a broadcast, not a group chat.

The whole trip, one event
Three rounds, the full roster, everyone's RSVP, and a lock-the-field button — the weekend on a single page.
01The field
Lock the sixteen before the flights are booked.
One event, three rounds, the whole trip. Every player RSVPs in the app — in, out, waitlist — so the field is settled months out and the guy running the trip stops playing secretary. Backup buddy list? That's the waitlist, and it promotes itself when someone drops.

The draw, published
Four tee times, four groups, a tee assignment per player — everyone sees their pairing the moment it posts.
02The draw
Pairings drop like a tour sheet.
Build each day's tee sheet in minutes — random draw, balanced by handicap, or hand-crafted for maximum drama. Handicaps snapshot when the field locks, so the sandbaggers are frozen where they stand. Everyone sees their group, their tee, and their time the moment it publishes.

One phone per group
Hole by hole on the course — score and putts per player, tap Next, done before the walk to the tee.
03The scoring
Every shot counts the second it's hit.
One phone per group, hole-by-hole entry on a keypad built for golf — and the live leaderboard moves while you're still walking off the green. Net scores compute themselves against each player's handicap. When the round ends, a playing partner attests the card before it's final.

Net ½-stroke skins, $320 pot
Buy-ins, carryover, and per-skin payouts computed automatically — the app is the banker.
04The games
Eight formats. Zero arguments.
Skins with real carryover. Stableford, stroke play, Nassau. Best ball and match play for team day, scramble and alternate shot when you want chaos. Stack multiple games on the same round — the engine scores them all off the same cards, hole by hole, automatically. Big spread in the field? Flight the skins so the 20-handicaps aren't donating.

Every market prices itself
Pari-mutuel odds move with real stakes — a $110 pot on Most Birdies paid its winners 7.33x.
05The book
The book opens the night before.
Every round gets an automatic betting slate — around seventeen pari-mutuel markets on scoring, performance, and par types — plus the bets you invent yourself: head-to-heads, over/unders, and spreads between any two guys with a grudge. Grading is automatic off the real scores, the settle-up ledger says exactly who owes whom, and the P&L table crowns the trip's sharpest bettor.
06The broadcast
Put the clubhouse TV to work.Live
Point the villa TV at your event's public broadcast page and it becomes tournament coverage: a live leaderboard while groups are out, then a post-round show — awards, group scorecards, stat tables, photos from the course, and an AI-written recap of the day's carnage in whatever tone your league can handle. No login on the TV. It just runs.

Live from the course
The broadcast carries the leaderboard while the groups are still out — no login, no remote, it just runs.

The order of merit
A season-long points race — finishes, game wins, and participation, tallied automatically.
07The record
This year's trip is next year's history.
Every round lands on the permanent record — standings, game results, career stats, and achievement badges nobody will ever stop mentioning. The hole-in-one gets a badge. Three skins in a row gets a hat trick. And when the same sixteen land next spring, the defending champion's name is already on the board.
