Terms of Service

Effective date: August 5, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Fore Your League. By creating an account, joining a league or event (including as a guest), or otherwise using the service, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Fore Your League is a golf league management platform: organizers create leagues and events, members RSVP, tee times get assigned, scores get tracked, and games and standings get computed. We provide the software; your league — its people, its rules, its money — is yours.

3. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. Provide accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think your account has been compromised — you're responsible for activity that happens under it. League organizers who add guest players are responsible for having those people's permission to enter their name and scores.

4. Markets — we are not a gambling operator

The Markets feature is a scorekeeping tool for private, social wagers between the members of a league. It records wagers, grades them from the round's scoring data, and tallies who owes whom. That is all it does. Specifically:

  • No money passes through the platform. We never hold, transfer, or process funds; there are no deposits, no withdrawals, no payment details, and we take no rake, commission, or fee of any kind.
  • Wagers are private arrangements between league members. Whether and how they are settled is entirely between you and them, offline. We do not enforce, collect, guarantee, or mediate payment of any wager.
  • You must be an adult to use Markets — at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
  • You are responsible for legality.Laws on social wagering vary by jurisdiction. By placing a wager you represent that doing so is lawful where you are. Do not use Markets if it isn't.
  • Grading is automated and final-ish. Markets settle from the scoring data in the app under the posted market rules (including voids, refunds, and dead heats). We may correct, void, or disable a market at our discretion — for example on a scoring error — and honest mistakes in grading are not something we owe anyone money for.

Bet what you'd cheerfully lose to a friend, and keep it friendly.

5. Your content

Scores, photos, chat messages, and other content you post remain yours. You give us permission to host and display them within the service — which includes your league's pages and, if your organizer uses them, the league's public page and clubhouse TV display (see our Privacy Policy). Don't post content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive; we can remove content that violates these terms.

6. AI features

Some features — broadcast commentary, post-round recaps, scorecard scanning — are generated by AI models. Commentary is entertainment, not fact; scanned scorecards can be misread and should be checked before you rely on them. AI output does not override the scores entered and attested in the app.

7. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no unauthorized access, no scraping or bulk collection of other people's data, no interfering with the platform's operation, no impersonating others, and no using the service to harass anyone. Organizers are expected to use member and guest information only to run their league.

8. Termination

You can deactivate your account at any time from your profile. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we can modify or discontinue features (including Markets) at any time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any score, stat, handicap, or market result is accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fore Your League is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for disputes between league members, or for any money wagered, won, lost, or left unsettled between members; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify active users by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
